Black Raspberry and Pomegranate Frosty
If you want to double down on anthocyanins and love pomegranates, try out this frosty smoothie! Using frozen pomegranate seeds saves a lot of time.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup frozen pomegranates
- ½ cup cranberry juice
- 1 banana
- 2 rounded teaspoons of BerriHealth’s Black Raspberry powder.
- 1 rounded teaspoon natural psyllium fiber supplement
- ½ cup ice cubes (more or less according to your taste)
